Deposits and payment terms
All studio bookings require a 50% deposit which will be invoiced before the session to confirm and secure the session date and time. The 50% deposit is required immediately to secure the booking to ensure that no one else books that slot. The remaining 50% balance will be due prior to the session start.
Studio Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your booking for any reason, please be aware of our cancellation policy which is as follows;
Studio and Pop Party bookings – 7 day cancellation policy
Rehearsal Room – 48 hour cancellation policy
1:1 Tuition bookings – 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you miss your appointment, or cancel outside of the relevant cancellation policy period, you will be charged the full price of your booking.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us by email only at the earliest convenience on booking@neonfrogstudios.co.uk so we have proof of communication of the cancellation. If you wish to reschedule please also include the alternative dates and times for consideration.
